This machine apply to reconstruction of urban power gird and new cable laying, especially for long-distance cable laying. It helps to reduce labor intensity and improve engineering quality.

Feature

1.This machine has big power, small size and light weight，easy to use in cable conduit.
2.The conveying wheel is made by rubber to avoid damage of cable’s skin. Besides, the center distance can be adjusted according to the outer diameter.
3.This series of cable elevator uses double engine and special crawler belt to convey cable. And it conducive to protecting the insulation shell of cables.
4.There is high and low adjustable rollers, the construction is extremely convenient.
5.Equipped with two-way control switch, can choose to forward or backward when laying cables When the faulty cable is found in the laying process, the faulty cable can be smoothly reversed.
6.Cable transmission electrical control system consists of Master control box, Subcontrol box, Power supply, Cable Reel and Cable elevator. Ensure that each machine is delivered synchronously to avoid damage to the cable.

Introduction

In general, the first cable elevator should be about 15-30 meters away from reel elevator.

When laying cables along a straight line, the distance of two cable elevator can’t exceed 50 meters and place one Cable Ground Roller every 3 meters to set up cable.

When the cable turns, cable elevator placed on straight line.

When cable enter in cable conduit, cable elevator placed as shown below.

When the cable crosses the road, able elevator placed as shown below.

1. Reel elevator should loose manually to avoid cable’s damage.
2. Cable Ground Roller is required to be placed 1 meter before and after the cable elevator and raised a little bit to make the cable enter the machine in parallel . When the cable turns, cable elevator placed on straight line.
3. The roller of cable elevator should be adjusted to the appropriate height according to the cable diameter and open the crawler belt to place cable.
​4. After cable top crossing machine 1.5 meters, start machine, put cable into center of crawler belt then clamp the cable. The clamp force is adjusted, no slip between crawler belt and cable is suitable.
